Referring Camper: Must be a returning Camp Hadar family with a history of enrollment. To redeem earned credits, the referring family must register and attend a minimum of two (2) weeks during the Summer 2027 season.
New Camper: Must be a “new family” to Camp Hadar. Families with siblings who previously attended Camp Hadar, or families already in the Camp Hadar database, do not qualify as new.
2. Referral Rewards & Value
New Camper Discount: Eligible new families receive a discount of $40 per week off their total tuition for the current summer season.
Referring Camper Credit: Eligible referring families receive a one-time credit of $40 off their total bill for the Summer 2027 season per qualified referral.
3. Credit Limitations and Cap
This offer cannot be combined with any other offers.
Referral credits are strictly non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash payouts or refunds.
Maximum Credit Cap: The total amount of referral credits applied to a family’s account cannot exceed the total cost of that family’s tuition for their selected weeks of camp. If a family earns more referral credits than their total tuition bill, the remaining balance is forfeited and will not be paid out or carried over to future years.
4. Validation and Tracking
To receive credit, the new family must explicitly enter the Referring Camper’s first and last name in the mandatory “Who referred you to Camp Hadar?” field during their initial online registration.
Retroactive referral claims will not be honored after the new camper’s registration has been processed and paid.
This program is valid for new camper registrations submitted between 6/1/2026 and 6/30/2026.
Only one family may be listed as the referrer per new family registration. In the event of duplicate claims, Camp Hadar reserves the right to determine the single recipient of the credit.
5. Program Changes
Camp Hadar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program, including reward amounts and eligibility criteria, at any time without prior notice. Discretionary decisions made by Camp Hadar management regarding credit distribution are final.
