Transportation and 2012 Bus Schedules

Transportation will be provided from central locations in Andover, MA; North Andover, MA; Chelmsford, MA; and Nashua, NH and is included in our registration fee.

NEW for 2012

Camp Hadar can provide transportation from Haverhill, MA; Manchester, NH; and Windham, NH for an additional fee of $10.00 per day of camp ($50.00 per week).  In order to provide transportation from these locations,

Camp Hadar must have a minimum of TEN campers register per week of camp for Camp Hadar to provide transportation from  Haverhill, MA;  Manchester , NH; and Windham, NH.  (For example: 5 campers from Manchester, 2 from Windham, 3 from Haverhill total 10 campers...additional stops will be added for that week.)  If we fail to have a minimum of 10 campers register for Haverhill, MA;  Manchester , NH; and Windham, NH stops at an added fee, then the campers will be placed on the stop closest to their home and any fees paid towards busing will be refunded.

Pick up times will be between 8:00 and 8:30 A.M. and drop off times between 4:30 and 5:00 P.M.  Exact times may vary according to the proximity to the camp and are subject to change prior to the first day of camp.  Please be at the assigned bus stop at least 5 minutes before the pick up/drop off time.  You will receive specific information about your child's transportation about a week before camp begins. 

Each bus will have a bus counselor who will be responsible for that bus.  You will be given the name and home phone number of your child's bus counselor.  If your child is not going to camp, please call this number between 7:30 and 7:45 A.M. so the bus is not unnecessarily delayed waiting for your child.  Any problems or questions about the bus should be directed to the camp office, not the bus counselor.
