A non-refundable $200 deposit by check or credit per camper must accompany each application. 

The balance of the camp fee is due by April 1st.

Applications after May 1st must be accompanied by full payment. No refunds or cancellations after April 1st.

Due to the increased cost of transportation, there will be a small transportation charge for bus stops located in Manchester, NH and Nashua, NH.  If you choose a bus stop in Manchester, NH or Nashua, NH, a $50.00 transportation fee per camper, per week (with a family cap of $300.00 for the summer) will be added to your registration by Camp Hadar.  

Galil and Teen Leaders will be charged a $30.00 fee per field trip to their registration by Camp Hadar for weeks 2, 3, 6, and 8.

Completed medical forms and proof of medical insurance coverage are due no later than May 1st and are required before your child may attend camp.

Applications will be processed in the order they are received and confirmation for pre-registrations will be sent.

Wait-listed children will be accepted according to space availability by grade.

ALL camper forms and full payment MUST be submitted to Camp Hadar prior to the camper beginning their first session.


Seven business days are required to process all camper forms and payments before a camper may begin their first session.


No refunds for missed days of camp due to late forms or payments.

Camp Hadar strives to serve all people regardless of their ability to pay. A Financial Aid Application is available upon request.
