Registration


A non-refundable $200 deposit by check per camper must accompany each application.  o

The balance of the camp fee is due by May 1, 2008 and may be paid by check or credit card.

Applications after May 1st must be accompanied by full payment. No refunds or cancellations after June 1, 2008.

Completed medical forms and proof of medical insurance coverage are due no later than May 1, 2008 and are required before your child may attend camp.

Applications will be processed in the order they are received and confirmation for pre-registrations will be sent.

Wait-listed children will be accepted according to space availability by grade.


 



ALL camper forms and full payment MUST be submitted to Camp Hadar prior to the camper beginning their first session. Two business days are required to process all camper forms and payments before a camper may begin their first session. No refunds for missed days of camp due to late forms or payments. 


Financial Assistance


Camp Hadar strives to serve all people regardless of their ability to pay. A Financial Aid Application is available upon request.

Special Discounts

After the first child is registered for camp, an $25 discount is given for each additional child in a family attending camp.
